URL / Link

Instead of inserting a static links on your page, you can use Dynamic Tags to get the URL/Link dynamically from the post/page custom fields of type “URL/Link”. Let’s take as an example “Button” widget. To activate the dynamic link here, click on the Dynamic Tags icon and select the respective dynamic URL/Link field:

Following dynamic tags for URL/link are available:

Post Custom Field

Inserts the link value of the chosen link custom field that is associated with the current post.

Custom Field (TheGem)

Inserts the link of the chosen TheGem’s custom field of type “Link” that is associated with the current post.

ACF URL Field

Inserts the link of the chosen ACF URL field (advance custom fields plugin) that is associated with the current post.

Toolset URL Field

Inserts the link of the chosen Toolset URL field (Toolset plugin) that is associated with the current post. Please note: after selecting this tag you need to choose the respective Toolset URL Field by clicking on the wrench icon
